Ann Taylor Knotts brings a rare combination of institutional depth and personal-client sensibility to her work at Woodmont Investment Counsel. Named Principal in 2025, she advises high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions.  She also sits on Woodmont's Investment Committee, with a particular focus on the firm's private investments portfolio.

Ann Taylor joined Woodmont in 2022, following a career spent across multiple corners of the advisory world. She co-founded 231 Advisors, a Nashville-based multifamily office, and previously served clients at Covenant Partners and SunTrust's Foundations and Endowments Specialty Practice — where she developed expertise across both institutional and individual portfolios.

Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, live music, and the outdoors.
